"Nothing Like Us", the bonus track in Justin Bieber's forthcoming "Believe Acoustic" album, was leaked online. It's the second track from the album to be unintentionally released with only a few days before the January 29 official date. It follows the online revelation of the 18-year-old pop superstar's "Yellow Raincoat" yesterday.

The track is a breakup song, with Bieber channeling his much-publicized two-year relationship with 20-year-old singer and actress Selena Gomez. As the song title implies, the romance with Gomez was unlike any other for The Biebs which may explain their on-again-off-again status when they were still together.

The song's lyrics detail how Bieber was dumped by Gomez and how devastated he became over it. "Yellow Raincoat", one of the new tracks included in Justin Bieber's upcoming album "Believe Acoustic", was unintentionally released online before the intended target date of January 29. The leaked song, features a somewhat different-sounding Bieber, casts doubts if the voice was belonging to the 18-year-old pop superstar.

As soon as the track hit the web, fans were quick to assume that it was for his former girlfriend, 20-year-old singer and actress Selena Gomez. The song's lyrics talk about a turbulent relationship, much like Bieber's failed relationship with Gomez.

With such lyrics as "Cause the fame, and the money, and the girl will drive you crazy/ Another he said, she said, I'm thinking maybe/ Just put on...Guess I'll put on my raincoat," it's like the Biebs was referring to his on-again-off-again romance that finally ended during a huge fight while they were on their New Year vacation.

A "scientific" study researching music's mental effect on adolescents followed a group of 300 12-16 year-old kids in the Netherlands for four years…

And apparently the researchers found that those who listened to mainstream pop — music like Justin Bieber and One Direction — were generally "well behaved" (whatever THAT means!), while those who preferred music like hip-hop, punk, metal, gothic, trans, and techno showed signs of "acting out" by the time they were 16.

UMM we say again… what?! We don't like generalizations!

There is definitely something OFF about this study! First of all there are too many variables in music and human action to prove any type of causal relationship like this.

And also, what the eff does "acting out" even mean?! Experimenting? Isn't that just NORMAL teen behavior?!

We think this study needs a thorough examination by multiple groups to be deemed "scientific!"

Hey, maybe listening to Justin Bieber and One Direction's music really does turn us into "perfect" human beings who dare never to disobey society standards, while listening to more "alternative" styles has the detrimental outcome of creating the wild children of the world…

A $9 million lawsuit against Justin Bieber has been dismissed.

The 'As Long As You Love Me' singer - who recently split from his girlfriend of two years Selena Gomez - has scored a huge victory after a woman, who took legal action accusing him being responsible for her eardrum bursting at his concert in Portland, Oregon on July 14, 2010, decided not to pursue the case any further.

A source told gossip website TMZ.com that Stacey Betts filed documents last week asking to dismiss her case, in which she was seeking $9 million in damages, because she didn't have a lawyer and felt it was impossible to move forward with legal proceedings.

But Stacey still believes in the merits of her case, which she filed after attending a concert with her daughter in 2010 and claimed the 18-year-old Canadian singer incited his fans into such a frenzy that the volume of their screams left her with permanent hearing damage.

The case was dismissed on the same day as Stacey filed her documents.

Meanwhile, Justin's mother has attracted attention after it was announced she has produced a new anti-abortion movie.

The singer's mother Pattie Mallette - who gave birth to the popstar when she was 19 and was sexually abused as a child herself - is an ex ecutive producer for the upcoming anti-abortion short film 'Crescendo,' which she hopes will raise $10 million for pregnancy centres worldwide.

The 37-year-old author claims her sexual abuse and addiction led to her getting pregnant at a young age and she hopes the film will educate young girls and help those in similar situations to realise that they are not alone.

The movie maker will also embark on a mini tour and will appear at some of the clinics as part of an effort to raise awareness.

James Franco has apologized for mocking Justin Bieber in a spoof music video that he posted online and subsequently removed.

The actor put on a blonde wig and baseball cap as he lipsynced Bieber's hit song "Boyfriend." Franco posted the clip on his WhoSay.com page earlier this month.

Many of the pop star's fans weren't too happy with the video, leading Franco to remove it from the website. He has since opened up about the stunt, insisting he didn't mean to offend anyone.

He told Eonline.com: "I was asked to take it down by some people. Bieber didn't contact me, but I don't think he was too happy. I wasn't trying to diss him."

ABC Developing is going to create Comedy Based on Justin Bieber's Life !

ABC is once again developing a sitcom that would be based on pop superstar Justin Bieber's life. The single-camera comedy was first set up at the network last year, but it's been revived and is still under consideration for next season.

Bieber would executive produce the show with his manager, Scooter Braun. Also on board are executive producers Matt Wolpert and Ben Nedivi, who are writing the script.  The untitled family show would center on Bieber's background before he got famous. The comedy is about a future pop star's awkward teenage years and his unorthodox family.

Wolpert and Nedivi's previous credits include Entourage, another show that chronicled a rags-to-riches story. ABC Studios is producing the Bieber project with Scooter Braun Films.

Bieber's no stranger to TV, having guest starred on CSI, hosted Punk'd and appeared in the special Justin Bieber: All Around the World.

An imprisoned man whose infatuation with Justin Bieber included a tattoo of the pop star on his leg has told investigators he plotted to kill the singer, according to documents recently filed in a New Mexico court.

An affidavit says Dana Martin told investigators he persuaded a man he met in prison and the man's nephew to kill the Canadian singer, along with Bieber's personal bodyguard and two others, and castrate two of the victims with hedge clippers.

The plot contained several gruesome details. Investigators say the plotters wanted to castrate two of the victims with hedge clippers before traveling to New York City to find Bieber. The targets of the castration plot were not connected to Bieber, authorities say, and it doesn't appear that the pop singer was ever in immediate danger of falling victim to the plot.

Martin, a Vermont man who is serving two life sentences for the 2000 killing of a 15-year-old girl, said he was angry at Bieber because he didn't respond to any of his letters. "This perceived slight made Mr. Martin upset and that, coupled with Mr. Martin's perception of being a 'nobody' in prison, led him to begin plotting the kidnap and murder of Victim 3," court documents said.

The documents identified Victim 3 as "J.B.," which New Mexico State Police spokesman Lt. Robert McDonald later confirmed was Bieber.

Martin told investigators that Mark Staake and Tanner D. Ruane headed from New Mexico to the East Coast, planning to be near a Bieber concert scheduled in New York City after killing and castrating two others. They missed a turn and crossed into Canada from Vermont. Staake was arrested on an outstanding warrant. Ruane was arrested later.

Court documents say Martin told investigators that Bieber was the "ultimate target."

New York State Police said Thursday that troopers recovered tools and documents associated with the conspiracy while executing a search warrant on Ruane's vehicle. Among the items found by troopers were a "hand-written drawing of a depiction of Justin Bieber."

Staake, 41, has been charged with two counts each of conspiracy to commit first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.

Ruane, 23, Staake's nephew, also faces multiple charges.

Clinton Norris, of the New Mexico State Police investigations bureau, said in an affidavit that Martin instructed the suspects to strangle the two first intended targets with paisley neckties, the same kind used in his 2000 murder case. The documents do not give details on how they were to kill Bieber.

McDonald declined to say if any of the murder charges are linked to Bieber. "That is part of the ongoing investigation," he said.

Bieber's management issued a statement that said, "we take every precaution to protect and insure the safety of Justin and his fans."

It was not immediately known if the suspects had defense lawyers.

News came out of New Mexico Wednesday of a plot to murder pop sensation Justin Bieber, according to a report by Albuquerque news station KRQE.
